Return Policy

**Returns Policy**  
We want you to love your order! Here's what we accept:

**Eligible for Return (30 days from delivery):**  
- Misprinted, damaged, or defective items  
- Wrong color/size due to our error  

**How to Return:**  
1. Email support@lostfaculty.com with order #, photos of issue, and reason.  
2. We'll approve + send instructions (usually replacement) within five business days.  
3. **Customer pays return shipping** unless our fault.  

**Not Eligible:**  
- Buyer's remorse, wrong size (you ordered), or change of mind  
- Personalized/custom designs  
- Washed/worn items  

We'll replace defects at no cost to you.
